What is StarLight?

StarLight complements our Virtual Command Center tool (CrimePROBE® SAMS) by allowing web based access to the treat and incident data in real-time while providing the end user with a light foot print and configurable mapping displays that can be filtered for analysis. This module is typically used within the field for information sharing by mobile patrol units.

Where is StarLight deployed?

As StarLight is a newly developed solution it is deployed at several different federal, state and local agencies around the National Capitol Region including United States Secret Service, United States Supreme Court, Pentagon Force Protection Agency and Mount Rainier Police Department (Prince George’s County, Maryland).

What is StarLight providing?

StarLight was designed to increase inter-agency interoperability and real-time situational awareness locally, regionally and nationally. It provides up-to-the-second information regarding CAD-to-CAD information sharing, Suspicious Activity Reporting, Field Observations and Log Entries. It also features real-time chat capabilities enhancing collaboration between multiple agencies.
